During switching between, for example, pods, list items jump due to the appearance and hiding of the load element. This behavior can cause the user to incorrectly click on menus or other elements.

A solution could be to display a loading animation in a block that doesn't move other blocks on the page.

Yes.

This is not so noticeable when working with a gateway, but when working with a local node, it is noticeable.
However, such jumping can cause a person to misclick.

@IgorShadurin This issue is happening because the spinner occupies some amount of space while visible, but when gets hidden content bellow gets pushed up. The only solution is to add the same amount of space as margin to the content below which is implemented in this PR #535
