Investigate TypeKit performance enhancements

As discussed with @szafranek, loading times for the TypeKit are a performance concern. TypeKit offers performance optimizations that we haven't yet taken advantage of. Let's figure out whether they decrease loading times to a negligible quantity:

@szafranek We have company-wide licenses of Adobe Creative Cloud and Typekit is included in the subscription. I will inquire with the 3rd party team whether there is a "master" account so it's not tied to my user name: https://zlive.lightning.force.com/one/one.app#/sObject/0D558000016JyKQCA0/view
