License declaration mismatch

The README declares the license as "Lesser-GPL version 2", but the actual license is for GPLv2.

Also, if LGPL is intended, should specify 2.1 rather than just "2".

Kent, that license text hasn't touched in quite some time, but the intent was definitely LGPL rather than straight GPL. I'll investigate the current versions of stuff and follow up. Thanks.
