Fix issues (add make file to make the built es-node versoin contain es-node#67 (ready to check-in), investigate issue: Execute "es-node -v" is a slower (4s) than excepted (less than 1s) es-node#83, fix Issue74: use Node ips as fallback ips if AdvertiseIP no be set es-node#77 (investigate "no NAT found" error))
Performance
- benchmark: add performance benchmark es-node#2 update code.
Dashboard (next): Need a dashboard for ES es-node#43), Add miner and minerReward to MinedBlock event for the dashboard storage-contracts-v1#35, Dashboard - report contract data es-node#79, add contract report.
