Modal to add dependencies to OZ contract templates is no longer present

Describe the bug
The modal to choose burnable mintable etc is gone. It should be put back after the template is chosen.

Additionally as it currently designed the features of the openZeppelin contract (mintable etc) are not vertically spaced well. And there should be a max characters allowed for the template description. Also the color of the text is not contrasty enought with the background. And maybe the size of the text should be reviewed.
