Update to AMQP 3.0 and publish a new release

Hello everybody and thank you for this library!
I noticed it's becoming outdated and PRs adding support to AMQP >= 3.0 are not yet merged (see #84 and #85).
Since we're using the library in the Mississippi distributed data processing framework and would like to publish it, could you please publish a new release with support to AMQP >= 3.0 on hex.pm?

We've already added an updated fork and plan to publish the package on hex.pm soon.
