Commit e550d97.

Current demonstrate_deadlock_detect.sh and run_tests.sh scripts are mixed up with the main cpp/hpp sources in the parent folder.

Suggestion: move them into a separate folder or group their commands into a single script or Makefile. This will better organize the repository.
