unable to use erlide with R16

I am running eclipse oxygen on current mac os.

I will look at why it doesn't just print an error message, but for R16 you will have to go back to erlide 0.33.4, unfortunately.

I should note that erlide itself might require a newer version of Erlang, so you should have one installed anyway. The project's version is used for compiling, debugging and providing the right library sources.
