Bullets don't work initially

I open a new document and switch to Markdown syntax, but bullets and numbers don't work. If I switch to another tab, then back to the original, the bullets and numbers start working.

I see.........the program do not response to the "switch syntax" event. Let me see if I can fix it or not. (I dun know if the API of sublime text support this or not)
