represent US State case count estimates in cases per 100,000

It would be easier to compare new case counts in US states or between countries/localities elsewhere if the case count were reported in some comparable value, such as new cases per 100,000 or 1,000,000 (not good for most localities, but useful between countries).
I really appreciate your website and data. Its been very helpful.
