Blender 4.2 Breakage

It seems the glTF plugin removed GLTF_PT_export_user_extensions and GLTF_PT_import_user_extensions in the latest release.

Thanks for reporting! I've made some initial changes on the https://github.com/eoineoineoin/glTF_Physics_Blender_Exporter/tree/blender4.2 branch - it still needs a bit more polish, as the import and export options show up in both windows and there's some weird spacing in the panel (but the same seems to be true of the example plugins, too). This should unblock you, at least.
