Switching to full screen does not maximize already-open photo

Description

1. Ensure browser window does not have max height or width, and not currently full screen, have not yet loaded any photos
2. Open a photo, allow it to load
3. Enter full screen
4. Expect: photo to fill entire screen size. Actual: photo stays at size from before switching to full screen; this persists even if navigating to another photo and back to the original one.

Unsure if related or should be a separate issue, but additionally when in this state, moving to other photos causes the initial low-res image to have a reduced size, and then pops to the correct size upon fully loading. This differs from when not in this state. To get in the “good” state, need to full screen before the full load completes for the initial image.
