Can I integrate on Angular Frontend?

I want to read cert information which uploaded by user from input type file. Will I able to read at over there? If yes can you help me out how.

Currently while doing I am facing issue of module not found.

You can include this dependency like any javascript dependency. No special steps for Angular are required
