Some keys of Apple's numeric keypad are not working #127

Setup:

elm-repl 0.17.1
Mac OS X 10.11.6
Apple Keyboard with numeric keypad (MB110LL)

Observed:
The following keys of the numpad are not recognized:

[0..9]
["-", "+", "."]

Expected:
It would be great if the keys are recognized :)
