What Happened

Wireless keeps resetting to 'enabled' after reboot, despite me disabling it before the reboot. I have a WiFi adaptor plugged in but I don't want to use it at the moment. Therefore, I would like it to stay disabled until I use it.

Expected Behavior

Wireless state should stay the same across reboots. If it was enabled, it should be enabled after reboot, and vice versa.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Disable Wireless
  2. Reboot
  3. Wireless is automatically re-enabled
