right click menu on desktop size incorrect

What Happened?

The size of the right-click menu on Desktop does not resize somewhat to fit the 3 options available if changed font size before. Adding some screenshots:

Steps to Reproduce

1. change font size (from Settings or top menu widget)
2. right click on Desktop
3. repeat

Expected Behavior

I think it is possible to have a menu with nice sizing/padding to fit the 3 options in all text sizes. No scroll buttons or different left/right padding for options's text
