Users with activated accounts on e-lab will see proposals on Community Proposal tab, which they can vote for.
Users will be able to:
- Upvote proposal = +1 to the final Voting Score
- Downvote proposal = -1 to the final Voting Score
- Reset their vote
- View results of current and previous voting periods
