OVN-Kubernetes (Open Virtual Networking - Kubernetes) is an open-source project that provides a robust networking solution for Kubernetes clusters with OVN (Open Virtual Networking) and Open vSwitch (Open Virtual Switch) at its core.

In Redhat Openshift, it is used by default and Kube-proxy is no longer preferred.
As a result Kube-proxy metricset does not provide any metrics.

Kube-OVN offers metrics endpoints in ports 29103 and 29105.
We should investigate the collection of those metrics and if they can replace kube-proxy metrics.
