Stringifying content #124

I am having trouble saving the ouput to Firestore, as nested lists is not supported. I have stringified the entire EditorJS output, which does give me some issues with the content of the table to being present entirely.

A configuration for stringifying the content alone would be great, or help with another way to solve the issue

Have forked the project, made my changes and tested it - and it works great! Here are the links to my fork GitHub, and NPM package.

If wanted by others, we might as well extend the configurations with a boolean for string output or not. As of now, I keep using my fork.
