hpc-config scripts would deserve more OOP #4

The of hpc-config script is mostly based on functions. There is already some duplicated code between functions, and the scripts tends to become longer and longer. I think the script would truly deserve more OOP and code split between several modules. This work requires some software engineering in the first place.
