Versions are currently ordered alphabetically, but users will most likely select the latest version, which currently requires scrolling down the list.

Please make sure 1.0.0 shows before 1.0.0.Beta2, 1.0.0.Beta1, 1.0.0.Alpha2, 1.0.0.Alpha1

Tested with the latest m2e 2.3.0 release, including M2E Maven POM File Editor using Wild Web Developer, LemMinX and Maven LS extension (requires Incubating components) 2.0.3.20230520-0934 org.eclipse.m2e.editor.lemminx
