Moving a child not on the inside label of its parent may cause node overflow #3938

Steps to reproduce

Create a flow project, a robot flow document and a topography and System
Move DSP here:
Try to move the Central_Unit fan here:

Expected behavior

The fan should be moved somewhere it does not create overflow on the inside label, nor DSP.
(Maybe cancel the move)

Actual behavior

The fan is moved down to prevent the overflow with the inside label but, that create an overflow with DSP
