Provide relevant user doc about usage of encrypted container's images

To enable fast adoption and easy try-out of the newly introduced encrypted container images support feature, it should be described how encrypted container images could be used to run containers. It should be noted that containerd should be configured via stream processors to use imgcrypt ctd-decoder binary for decryption.
