Prepare documentation pages for the Update Manager / Agent API #246

Separate documentation pages has to be created for the Update Manager & Update Agent APIs.

Each page should contain the following:

Basic overview
Message format
MQTT topics

The pages will be placed into a separate sub section under the References section of the Eclipse Kanto documentation.
