Feature Request

Define a ParticipantAgentPolicyContext interface.

Which Areas Would Be Affected?

policy engine

Why Is the Feature Desired?

permit adopters to easily define a single function that can be used for different scopes.

Solution Proposal

If possible, provide a (brief!) solution proposal.
