Error of error message display?

Description of the change
Remove the red stroke, adjust the text, seams broken in the middle with the icon, card - background of the icon full length the same as displayed above

To be clear, this specific error message is for developpers to see and not an error state that we expect users might be presented with.
If you do see this error, raise it to us with the specific page you saw it in because it is a critical issue
