update diagram/schema with hydra

We need to show how the new hydra architecture will impact the current implementation.
Here is an overview of the current status

Update this doc (or make another simplified version) to clarify how it will work.
I know hydra manages only the voting process/system of the controversy https://github.com/eLearningDAO/POCRE/wiki/Use-case-workflow#claimer-claim-authorship-acknowledgement so your design can involve only this even if it impacts the other parts
