This repo contains an old document which was a collection of ideas I had on a different database system where data in tables (the rows) are split among different database hosts in an attempt to give "ownership" to data.
This document was released 2019-05-13 and I've since then decided to revise and simplify these ideas, but have not edited and released a new version of this document.
