Regarding TCGA data

Hello,

I am doing some analyses using TCGA data and noticed that the recommendation is to download the pre-calculated xCell data. However, I noticed that this data does not include normal (NT) samples.
By any chance, are there such normal samples also pre-calculated? Or do I need to redo the analysis, including them?

Hi,

That recommendation is to avoid running it on the server again and again. If you are here, I assume you are able to run use the package, and you can of course do whatever you want on your own dime.
