Delete/ rename created Tags, Collections if they have been modified in Zotero

Thanks for this great plugin. It helps me a lot in my research.
I want to ask if it is possible to delete/ rename created Tags, Collections in Notion automatically if they have been modified in Zotero.
Now, if I delete/ rename those in Zotero myself, they would still exist as the selection values in the respective fields.
For example, if I rename an existing tag, namely "Reading," to "In Progress" in Zotero, the old tag "Reading" still exists in Notion.
