See this fragment is taking a lot time to load and also smooth scrolling is not there.

This is a very serious issue.
I have checked on lollipop phone.
Solution:
hdodenhof/CircleImageView#31 (comment)
we need to disable hardware acceleration(setLayerType="Software")

Alternative:
Use another library.
