Support message edits which add the bot mention #6

Occasionally users edit their message after forgetting to include it originally and then expect the bot to reply. Not sure if it's actually practical, but maybe there's an existing API message about the mention which it could listen for.

I have seen this today, too. Would be nice to have the bot respond on edits as well.
