model subdirectories data/backend & client? #117

should there be subdirectories in model for data & client?
data would be for backend data
client would be backbone model stuff that is really just local to the client
and not form the backend
or actually betternames would be client and backend - as data is vague

actually i forgot - our backend datamodel is really in wigglemaps as a a layer
so no need to make this distinction i think in dash
