There is more context on this here: dotnet/arcade#13036

Seems like 1ES changed the default 1es VMs to have non-ephemeral disks (still not sure this is not breaking some of our security policies)

I have updated our customer facing wiki - https://dev.azure.com/dnceng-public/public/_wiki/wikis/DNCEng%20Services%20Public%20Wiki/4/Home - with information about what action to take when space issues are experienced.
