The wiki page on ISO690Bibliography (click me) speaks about attached special markup, but I fear it may have been not included during the move to GitHub Wiki.

Seems that your issue is correlated someway with this one: docbook/cdn#8

@Shredder121 Please, check the link you have provided. I don't know if the information you required is still actual for you, but anyway. I found a file with the appropriate info about ISO960 bibliography. Not for DocBook 5.0/5.1though but for 4.5. But anyway.

P.S. Investigation have shown that this info didn't even processed during moving to Github. It was lost far away from the migration timepoint.
