The boresight calibration is currently inactive due to refactoring.
It has to be integrated in the flightjson-file.

basic version integrated.
but it is very ugly yet.
changed boresight values in flightjson must be saved, then quit current folder and then go back to the folder and see how it changed the backreprojection
