It's a bit of a palaver to install Elucidate. We can chip away at making it easier.

A single SQL script with all the various files in https://github.com/dlcs/elucidate-server/tree/develop/elucidate-db-scripts compiled into one, in the right order, would save a lot of time and would be a good first step.

Ultimately a super slick installer would be nice but that can wait a while.
