recording cd quality broken in Android 13

I have been using this app happily for years on a Fairphone3 with android versions up to 13. It's great thank you!

In android 13 when recording CD quality the recording interface works as usual but when listening to the recording it is cut abruptly and in some cases the player skips forward as if there were encoding problems. The problem does not occur when CD quality is not selected.

I suppose it has to do with some changes in the encoders.

A similar app called "voice recorder" seems not to have this problem at 128kbs, maybe worth checking how they do it.

I downloaded both apps from F-droid, I am running SoundRecorder version 1.3.0.
