DefaultDrawer: Selection rectangle not drawn anymore when a component is selected, and a new component is then added

Describe the bug

In the draw view, when a component is selected, and a new component is then added: the attributes of the previous component are still shown in the ComponentDetailsPanel, but the selection rectangle is not drawn anymore.

I confirmed with the UX designer that the previous component should remain selected, so the selection rectangle should remain drawn around it (here is the justification).
