[Python SDK]: Where implementation in postgres db

Hey,
I would like to use the where functionality in search using a local deployment.

raise NotImplementedError( NotImplementedError: where is not implemented in postgres db yet, if you need it, ping us on discord and we will ship instantly

Motivation

This is a functionality that is working on the hosted version but not yet for local deployment. Error raises issue to ask for it
