To make it easier for users to submit feedback quickly, you can introduce a feature in the chatbox where, with a single click, the user can send the chat history thus far (plus whatever other technical information is important) to the server.

e.g. (see image) I asked the system to "Show" me the dataset. I realised that it is looking for "Load" keyword instead. It's possible that a new user may struggle with such cases. At this point, it would be helpful if there was just a small button somewhere which I can click and the app would capture the conversation and send it to the server as feedback.

This will streamline the feedback collection and you'd probably collect more feedback if the users can provide it quickly and easily.
