In the real data, all counts round to 0 and chart looks like this:

Would be good if we could render text here to account for all rounding to 0

With my dates in CF_with_data_NEW, it now throws an error. @rmbielby @cjrace can we get in some rendered text for charts and tables that don't exist today???
