Modular text fields

Currently, the text fields overlap each other and kinda look ugly. Need to have a modular collection of 2 text/form fields. The style should be consistent with the underlying MaterialUI theming

Thank you @Lukydemboy for your interest. My modular I simply mean two independent text field adjacent to each other. And probably of the style which is rounded at the corner. Feel free to drop in on any other better style that you feel like would fit well with the page style!
