Barrier not responding to my Windows 10 Server

What happened?

Basically i have an ubuntu 22.04 Installation as a client, i've disabled everything. The ubuntu installation is connected through wifi.
The server is a windows 10 installation with everything setup as same as the ubuntu one. But don't know why he can't log.
