Not a huge issue but this lesson uses pscp, while the genomics lessons use scp. Some consistency would be better.

Pinging #290 hit my inbox, and I wanted to posit that last semester, using pscp was not working well on our windows (Gitbash) systems interacting with our local HPC. However, pcp worked fine for everyone.

I think this can be closed as the lesson now uses scp, with pscp mentioned as an option only for Windows users without GitBash. We could think about removing the pscp option entirely, but that's probably another issue. Feel free to re-open if you think the issue isn't solved
