I'm working on implementing full watch service.

There are some limitations:

  • Hadoop v2.6.0
  • Need admin access on HDFS
  • Rely on unstable API

A working implementation is already in master (beta). Must work on it after Hadoop 2.7.2.

Added first implementation. I will test it on real cluster. Need feedbacks.

Seen new JIRA tickets with modifications about notification system.
Maybe some modifications will come after that.
