…because Starscream supports macOS 10.13 but $(RECOMMENDED_MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET) points to 10.14.4 in Xcode 15.

Afaik, Starscream supports macOS 10.13 but
$(RECOMMENDED_MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET)points to macOS 10.14.4 in Xcode 15.As this causes the framework (e.g. when built using Carthage) to not be unusable in projects supporting macOS 10.13, I'm certain this should be changed.
Note that because macOS 10.13 is the oldest version Xcode 15 supports anyway, there's no need to worry about even older systems.
