At the moment, our cookbooks are a mixture of cyclescape-specific cookbooks and (exceedingly) stale community cookbooks. I've been using Berkshelf as a way to manage cookbook dependencies and it works great, much better than our current approach.

This will involve removing the stale community cookbooks from the repo, and using Berkshelf to pull in the required versions of the community cookbooks from elsewhere. This helps with problems like #18 where we need an updated version.

It's not really feasible to fix this until #19 is solved.
