Add-ons don't increase prize pool, nor do they get logged

Fix so add-ons both increase the prize pool, update entries and either create a new buy-in or add something else to the database.

I was just looking at the rebuy code and I notice that add-ons don't currently increase the prize pool, nor is there any "charge" for it in the database.

Exceedingly few tournaments actually support add-ons, so although I'm labeling this a bug, it's not high priority.

FWIW, I am not even sure that add-ons can be taken. I don't think they can be in the GUI.
