How to reproduce

Select all iCal categories and copy the iCal link
Import it in Google Calendar

Expected behaviour

The calendar is imported

Current behaviour

The import silently fails. This happens for URLs longer than 256 characters. We should make the iCal URL shorter to meet this limit.
